Our mission is to build a pantheon of passionate Greek Geeks and cater to all fans of Greek Mythology and Lore. Every product offered in our store has been carefully selected, reviewed and is required to meet a high standard of quality that the Gods of Olympus have approved. Our products are meant to explore the mysteries and legends of the Greek Pantheon, ignite the fires of Prometheus within our hearts and celebrate the hero in us all. Any product or aspects of our store that do not meet the Greek Geek Standard will be torn apart by Achilles and sacrificed to Cerberus in the Underworld!
Originally, our plan was to have all orders delivered by Helios, God of the Sun! Unfortunately, he was too busy delivering the day/night cycle to us mortals. So, we’ve instead settled for the standard Earthly delivery system of packaged mail. So while your purchases may not be delivered to you by a chariot riding god, you can still rest assured your order is in good hands and that the best shipping practices will be taken.
First, domestic shipping will always be free! You will not have to pay for standard shipping on any order, of any amount, to any state in the US! Standard International Rates will apply to the over 100 other countries we ship to. In order to meet this incredible commitment please note shipping times can vary depending on location, order size, peak shipping seasons and other factors. Typical delivery estimates range from 1 – 5 weeks after purchase, though orders can arrive sooner. For some products, faster shipping may be available at an additional cost. If for any reason we are unable to deliver your order as purchased, you will receive a full refund.
On orders with multiple items, you may receive multiple packages with different delivery dates. This is due to our many product fulfillment centers as well as; our commitment to free shipping at the quickest possible delivery time. Please note each item in your order can be tracked individually and we will work with you to ensure your order is received in its entirety, with no hassles. Our aim is to provide the best Greek Geek products at great prices, delivered to you at no shipping cost with the kind of care and love that only Aphrodite herself could rival! However, we understand things can go wrong and absolute perfection is not possible (we’re looking at you, Narcissus).
Our Return Policy was created to ensure you always get the best products and are covered for those rare times when something does go wrong. Below is our policy for requesting a return; for more information, frequently asked questions or to contact us directly you can visit our Contact/FAQ page.
24-Hour "No Questions Asked" Cancellation Policy:
We hope you are always satisfied with all your purchases from our store. However, if for any reason or no reason at all, you would like to cancel your order and receive a full refund you are free to do so with no questions asked for the first 24 hours of your order. Simply send us a cancellation request, along with your order number and order date within the first 24 hours of your purchase and we will happily cancel you order and process your refund, no questions asked!
After 24-Hour Return Policy:
If your order has passed the 24-hour initial purchase period, the processing and handling procedure has already occurred, and your order is now in queue to be shipped. Therefore, we will not be able to honor any cancellation request made after this period. After the 24 hours, if you would like to request a refund there are a few ways to do that:
- You can request a refund for any item that has been received damaged, defective or is the wrong order. To do so you will need to send a request for refund along with, order number, order date and photographic evidence of the reason for return. If approved, you will receive return instructions and a shipping label to return the product to us. After the order has been received by our team and reviewed, we will approve and process your refund.
- If you no longer wish to keep your order and simply want to return it after the 24-hour purchase period, then in order to request a refund here you must; have the order in your possession, return the item to us at your shipping cost and pay a 15% restocking fee. Once the order has been safely returned to us and our team has reviewed it, we will approve and process your refund.
- You may also request a refund on orders that do not meet the product description or quality standards of our store. Please note however, it is your responsibility to read and understand the product description before making a purchase. Refunds will not be granted, for example, if clothing was purchased in the wrong size (unless size received does not match size ordered). Our team will review your request and determine if the product does not match the product description and was indeed in error. If it is determined the product was shipped as described and is not in error and you still wish to request a refund, please read section 2 of this policy or contact us for help.
Return Policy Terms and Conditions:
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. You can cancel a return request any time before shipping the order back to us. If the order is not shipped back to us within 14 business days of your approved return request, the return will be canceled and closed automatically. Once a returned order has been approved, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to process. All returned orders will be carefully reviewed on a case-by-case basis; this process may take up to 5 business days not including shipping time. By making a purchase within the Greek Geek Shop online store, you are agreeing to the Return Policy as stated above and are subject to its terms and conditions detailed herein. Due to the high volume of orders and customer requests received, it may take up to 48 business hours to reply to your request.
At this time, we do not have an exchange policy in place to offer exchanges on items ordered. This is due to the high volume of orders we receive and length of shipping/delivery times, so that we may offer free domestic shipping storewide. In lieu of an exchange, we recommend referring to our refund policy to request a refund if applicable to your order and placing a new order on the desired product.
