     Why Greek Mythology products only?
Our store was founded by an avid lover of Greek Mythology, whose hope it is to create a place where other passionate Greek Geeks can celebrate their love for Greek Myth!

     Can we find these products anywhere else?
Our product list has been carefully selected for our store and for the most part, will not be found anywhere else! However, since the primary mission of our store is to provide access to great Greek Mythology related products, we may offer affiliated links to others stores or partner with outside sellers who have created awesome Greek related products!

     What if I don’t see any Greek Mythology products I like or have an idea of my own I wish you sold?
At Greek Geek, we are always looking to improve our store and provide the best and most unique products for our customers! If you cannot find an item you would like to purchase however and have suggestions for future products, feel free to send them to us at: [email protected]. We may take your suggestion and add it to our future product list and as a thank you, credit you for the suggestion and offer an exclusive discount on future purchases!

     Are all your products based on Greek Mythology or do you sell other types of items?
Currently, our store caters exclusively to Greek Mythology and culture.  In the future, we may expand to other mythologies and folklore, though they would exist on their own sites and not be included here.

Shipping:

     What is the typical cost of shipping?
Standard shipping storewide will always be offered free of charge! Most of our products do not have expedited shipping services but it may be offered at an additional cost when available. For more information, please see our Policy page.

     How long does shipping usually take?
Standard shipping usually takes between 1 – 5 weeks after purchase for delivery. Orders can arrive sooner but in order to keep our commitment to free shipping, please allow 1 – 5 weeks for delivery. For more information, please see our Policy page.

     Where is the tracking information for my order?
Due to a high volume of orders to fulfill and many fulfillment centers, tracking info can vary from product to product. You can find your tracking in your order details of your account, as well as via email once available.  If you’re having trouble finding your tracking info and would like further assistance, please contact us with your order number and date and we will provide the tracking info to you within 48 hours.

     It’s been over 5 weeks, and I haven’t received my order, help?!
If your order has not been delivered within 35 days of purchase, please contact us immediately and we will help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please have your order number and order date ready when contacting our team.

     Why am I receiving multiple packages at different times for my order?
For orders with multiple items, you may receive multiple packages with different delivery dates. This is due to our many product fulfillment centers as well as our commitment to free shipping at the quickest possible delivery time. Please note each item in your order can be tracked individually and we will work with you to ensure your order is received in its entirety, with no hassles.      I’ve made a purchase but no longer wish to receive it, what do I do?
Our return policy has a 24-Hour no questions asked cancellation option. After the 24-hour period, there are a few ways in which you can request a return. For more information, please see our Policy page.

     What will I need to request a return?
To request a return on your order, please contact us at: [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. You will need to provide your order number, order date, delivery date and photographic evidence of the reason for return. After that, you will be contacted with return and shipping instructions.      How long will it take for my return to complete?
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Typically, we will reply to return requests within 48 hours, and it could take up to 5 business days to approve a returned order (not including shipping time) and 10 business days after approval for the payment to process back to your account.      Why was my return not approved?
Our return policy was built to be robust and offer every opportunity to correct issues that may occur with your order. Our policy is built based on an honor system with our customers and will be fulfilled with our best efforts. If your return is not approved, it will be based off the terms of our policy, and you will be notified along with the reason for it not being approved. If your return request has been approved but you have decided to keep your order, you can contact us to cancel the request before shipping the order back to us. Additionally, if your order has not been shipped back to us within 14 business days of approval, your request will be canceled automatically. If your order has already been shipped back to us, we will not be able to cancel and will proceed with the return.

      When will I receive a response to my message?
We typically respond to all messages within 48 hours. Our responses will be sent out during our normal office hours.

     Why do I need an account?
Creating an account with our store will help to save your customer information and make future purchases much easier. It will also grant you access to special deals, updates and exclusive Greek Geek content!

     Do I need and account to make purchases?
Accounts are greatly recommended but not required to make purchases. You may also complete purchases as a guest.

If you can’t remember your account name and/or password, please use the: Lost your password? link on the Account page to receive an email that will assist with your account details. If you are having trouble accessing your account or experiencing some other technical issues, please contact us immediately at: [email protected].

     What happens with my account details?
Your Greek Geek account will maintain your customer details and make it easier to purchase products in the future. This sensitive information is kept strictly private and is only used to fulfill your needs as our customer. From time to time, you may receive emails and notices about new products, promotional offers and account and store updates. If you would like to limit the amount of correspondence you receive from us, please let us know at: [email protected] so we can update your notifications.

     How do I cancel my account?
NOTE: Accounts are removed automatically after 12 months of no activity.  If you wish to cancel your Greek Geek account, contact us with your request and we will send a confirmation message to the account’s registered email.  Once we receive confirmation, your account will be removed.
